ALL OF THE STAFF at reception are EXCEPTIONAL in the professional, friendly, respectful and kind service they offer and provide. They are an asset to the Radisson group. As a mature solo female traveller I felt safe and cared for at all times. The rooms are cosy and, importantly, soundproof. Beds are comfortable and bedding is clean...unlike some of the airport hotels I have had the misfortune to book into. Bathrooms are clean, sufficient towels and toiletries are provided and there is plentiful hot water at good pressure. Wardrobe with decent quality hangers provided. Kettle, tea, coffee etc. in the room. No refrigerator Honestly, I cannot fault anything in this very good value hotel. * The hotel is located in a semi- industrial area close to the airport.....not close enough to walk, but a reliable airport shuttle service is available at set times which is inexpensive. £5 one way/£8 return to Gatwick South. Airport Taxi costs £23.50 one way. Parking is available on site at the hotel for £12 daily if you are using your own vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The first thing that stood out to me was the incredibly warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. Throughout my stay, their friendliness and courtesy never wavered, making me feel like a valued guest at every interaction. Whether it was the front desk or the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The level of attentiveness and genuine care demonstrated by the staff truly elevated my stay to a memorable one. It's clear that exceptional hospitality is deeply ingrained in the culture of this establishment, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with outstanding service.

Nice hotel. Nothing near by, so once you're in, you're in but has good food at the bar/restaurant, so I would definitely recommend for a one night stay. Really great value in comparison to those closer to the airport and the mini bus service, for £5 (compared to an airport cab, which was £23 one way, for a 10 min journey !!) was excellent. Also, when you are in your room, you would never know you were so close an airport. Excellent glazing. The standard double room is a nice size to, with great storage

Michelle

Really stylish hotel not too far from Gatwick airport, the rooms were a good size with a comfortable bed and ours even looked out over the runway. There was a restaurant on the ground floor however we didn’t eat there and ordered food instead (good options on Deliveroo/uber eats etc. The hotel is in a good location as it is the last hotel on the shuttle bus back to the airport, however this does mean that it is the last of five when taking the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Joel

The staff were attentive, professional, polite and made me feel like my status as a customer was important to them. There was not a single moment during which I thought the staff were not doing exactly the right thing and with a pleasant demeanor.
